If our initial pricing and impression looks good to you, we would love to meet at your home. Interview us, allow us to ensure your trust in us to complete your deck. Confirm final pricing.

Confirm all details, selections and materials. Sign contracts. Allow us to handle city permit applications. We will also provide HOA presentation documents if applicable.

Sit back and enjoy the process. Watch our team build your space with incredible attention to detail and respect for your property.

We will invite you to do a final walk through to ensure satisfaction of the entire deck. Upon your approval, we will schedule your final inspection with your city for final approval.
