Paul is friendly and knowledgeable. He was prompt with communication and we received incredible customer service. He made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction and did a quality job. If anyone wants a craftsman to go above and beyond, use Paul! Not only is he extremely friendly to work with, he exceeded our expectations and vision for our deck and made it our favorite place to be at our home. He has a natural ability to see a space and figure out how to customize/maximize its appeal and make it look anything but average. He also holds true to his word about his timeline and cost for everything, and is very easy to reach if there are any questions that need to be answered. I’d use Primal Oasis over any other company in the metro area 100x over again.
